The 'All You Can Eat' buffet...

... or rather how 'unlimited' is actually limited. Mobile users should be up in arms regarding the throttling of their access to phone networks. Clearly, if bandwidth is being limited by 'throttling', the telecoms operator (in this case AT & T) are placing a limit on a users ability to use the network in an 'unlimited' way by their actions.
