The US Postal Service is NOT 'broke'
Interesting article / opinion piece regarding how the US Postal Service is being forced into bankruptcy due to legislation enacted in the Bush presidency. Essentially, making the USPS pay IN ADVANCE for all their employees benefits for the next 75 years. Yep, SEVENTY FIVE years. This would mean they are paying now for employees who are not even born yet. Seems like a deliberate scheme to ensure a private organisation can step in and pick up the business for private profit... here.
