Spielberg's Terra Nova cancelled after 1 season

This is absolutely no surprise at all. I watched a couple of episodes. While the story idea was fine, the story lines were contrived, the characters totally 'sculpted' to fit in with a specific viewer 'type (whatever they believe that to be), and many of the set pieces designed to add a thrill were more set in concrete for their credibility and plausibility. Trying to be a "Lost" seemed to lose the potential it had to be a good program. No loss if you have not seen it.
