Le croque-mitaine, Scottish Bloodygums, and Jilly Rot-Tooth

Often, there are movies which slip under the radar and, for different reasons, you discover them later. The movie "Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark" is one of them. In an indirect way, with a BIG thank you to MV who sent me a link of a rather splendid map by the brilliant artist Keith Thompson... he sells prints of his work here and this image below is an example of his work. IN addition he sells Art Tutorial DVD's and iPhone Art Galleries (from the App store). Rather splendid...

I discovered the promotional site for DBAOTD...

Now, BEFORE you click on the link, let me warn those of a nervous disposition OR if you are subject to the occasional bad dream OR you have any form of looseness in the bowel area, this is NOT FOR YOU!!! Otherwise, it is a truly splendid interactive website where, unless your name is on an Obscure and Odd Names list (here, here (my birthday is coming up, someone PLEASE buy me a football shirt from the Peruvian football team.... XL), and here being just a few) you can enter your name in and the 'beasties' use it. Rather unnerving to say the least when it keeps being said back at you. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

... here.

Totally brilliant... now, where is the light switch... I am about to go into the basement!
