The Digital Economy Bill and the Streisand Effect

It will be interesting to see if the 'Streisand Effect' will put a quick and simple end to the hastily passed Digital Economy Bill; one of the most undemocratic pieces of legislation to be passed in the UK parliament. Most people will not realise its effects until, being unwitting victims of IP spoofing or wifi stealing, they have to defend against a 'three strikes and you are out' letter.
