Following the airline delays from the Icelandic eruption, British Airways are choosing to do their best to continue to earn the epithets "Bloody Awful", "Bad Attitude", and (insert your own here) by choosing to screw over their customers with tickets already paid for in favour of those prepared to pay more to get to their destinations. Having been screwed over by BA myself in the past I now choose alternate airlines over them, even if it entails paying more. I feel sorry for the cabin crews (not so much the ground staff who can be really obnoxious) who will no doubt face some irate passengers. When BA has to go cap in hand for a bailout, they can go take a flying ....
