UPDATE: Many thanks to several commentators for their updates. Apparently she 'simply' injured a knee and the crash was not as bad as it looked. She was stretchered out as a precaution and undertook an MRI. I still am unable to provide a link to verify this though, so any pointers to such would be appreciated. What on earth are the journos at the Winter Olympics up to and why there is no news at all on the official site I still do not know? I get the feeling that this accident looked really bad so someone, somewhere, took a decision to not publicise another possible fatal accident.
The other day Edith Miklos, a downhill skier, had a serious accident during which she clearly was badly injured. It is somewhat odd that a search of any news fails to indicate her condition or the extent of her injuries. This is somewhat odd and unusual given the reports of the accident by the Swedish skier who also had a bad fall on the same day. Does anyone know of her condition at all?

I read on Romanian news that the skier is fine, she sprained lateral ligaments and won't be able to compete for the next 2-3 months, however - fortunately - the accident was not as bad as it seemed.
I am looking for this too. Apparently, she has a knee injury. But that's all I could find...
Hey, I just find this info:
It was a knee pull, she got an MRI and she will recover. In the article from the Bucarest Herald, they say that she will recover in time... in time for what, they do not say... So apparently she is okay.
