Seems odd that the State Legislature is concerned that people can burn themselves accidentally with a firecracker or sparkler to the extent that they make them illegal, yet allow assault rifles.
Regarding the 2nd Amendment... there is a distinct difference between having the right to bear arms and the need to bear arms
