Cables. You know they are there. They lurk beneath your desk. They allow your technology to work (in theory).
Thought: Why is it that power extension cords with (for example) six sockets will usually only allow three or four devices to be plugged in? the problem is so common that I can only determine it is the fault of the extension cord manufacturers who have failed to adapt to the requirements of their users.
