This man deserves total kudos for thinking of this in the first place!
And if you do go looking for 'Airport announcements' you will find the same old dreary "I invented this idea in the first place" plagiarism (including the same smelling pistakes also)... almost like the Darwin Awards for viral marketing campaigns too i.e. most of the stories cannot be proven and are generally urban myths.
